Using the zip or rar file 1.Download bpcsvCHS.dll
2.Extract bpcsvCHS.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract bpcsvCHS.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting bpcsvCHS.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract bpcsvCHS.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place bpcsvCHS.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 bpcsvCHS.dll and press Enter.
