Using the zip or rar file 1.Download btvximap.dll
2.Extract btvximap.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract btvximap.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting btvximap.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract btvximap.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place btvximap.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 btvximap.dll and press Enter.
