Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BPMQuery.CLT.dll
2.Extract BPMQuery.CLT.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BPMQuery.CLT.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BPMQuery.CLT.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BPMQuery.CLT.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BPMQuery.CLT.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BPMQuery.CLT.dll and press Enter.
