Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BRSP407A.DLL
2.Extract BRSP407A.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract BRSP407A.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BRSP407A.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BRSP407A.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BRSP407A.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BRSP407A.DLL and press Enter.
