Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BaseCtrlClass.dll
2.Extract BaseCtrlClass.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BaseCtrlClass.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BaseCtrlClass.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BaseCtrlClass.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BaseCtrlClass.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BaseCtrlClass.dll and press Enter.
