Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BillAPP.Service.IDAL.dll
2.Extract BillAPP.Service.IDAL.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BillAPP.Service.IDAL.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BillAPP.Service.IDAL.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BillAPP.Service.IDAL.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BillAPP.Service.IDAL.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BillAPP.Service.IDAL.dll and press Enter.
