Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BillFlow.dll
2.Extract BillFlow.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BillFlow.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BillFlow.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BillFlow.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BillFlow.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BillFlow.dll and press Enter.
