Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Bio3724.dll
2.Extract Bio3724.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Bio3724.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Bio3724.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Bio3724.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Bio3724.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Bio3724.dll and press Enter.
