Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BlockUpload.dll
2.Extract BlockUpload.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BlockUpload.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BlockUpload.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BlockUpload.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BlockUpload.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BlockUpload.dll and press Enter.
