Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BtvAppExtITA.dll
2.Extract BtvAppExtITA.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BtvAppExtITA.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BtvAppExtITA.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BtvAppExtITA.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BtvAppExtITA.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BtvAppExtITA.dll and press Enter.
