Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BugSense.WinRT.ni.dll
2.Extract BugSense.WinRT.ni.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BugSense.WinRT.ni.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BugSense.WinRT.ni.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BugSense.WinRT.ni.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BugSense.WinRT.ni.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BugSense.WinRT.ni.dll and press Enter.
