Using the zip or rar file
1.Download b4qfncoq.dll
2.Extract b4qfncoq.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract b4qfncoq.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting b4qfncoq.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract b4qfncoq.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place b4qfncoq.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 b4qfncoq.dll and press Enter.
