Using the zip or rar file
1.Download batclizht.dll
2.Extract batclizht.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract batclizht.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting batclizht.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract batclizht.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place batclizht.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 batclizht.dll and press Enter.
