Using the zip or rar file
1.Download bcpnq3lq.dll
2.Extract bcpnq3lq.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract bcpnq3lq.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting bcpnq3lq.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract bcpnq3lq.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place bcpnq3lq.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 bcpnq3lq.dll and press Enter.
