Using the zip or rar file
1.Download blackman.dll
2.Extract blackman.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract blackman.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting blackman.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract blackman.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place blackman.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 blackman.dll and press Enter.
