Using the zip or rar file
1.Download boxengs.dll
2.Extract boxengs.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract boxengs.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting boxengs.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract boxengs.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place boxengs.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 boxengs.dll and press Enter.
