Using the zip or rar file
1.Download btserviceutils.dll
2.Extract btserviceutils.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract btserviceutils.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting btserviceutils.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract btserviceutils.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place btserviceutils.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 btserviceutils.dll and press Enter.
