Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BBMedal.dll
2.Extract BBMedal.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BBMedal.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BBMedal.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BBMedal.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BBMedal.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BBMedal.dll and press Enter.
