Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BCD.net.dll
2.Extract BCD.net.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BCD.net.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BCD.net.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BCD.net.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BCD.net.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BCD.net.dll and press Enter.
