Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BG2GB.dll
2.Extract BG2GB.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BG2GB.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BG2GB.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BG2GB.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BG2GB.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BG2GB.dll and press Enter.
