Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BOMI04C.dll
2.Extract BOMI04C.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BOMI04C.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BOMI04C.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BOMI04C.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BOMI04C.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BOMI04C.dll and press Enter.
