Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BaiChengMaJiang.dll
2.Extract BaiChengMaJiang.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BaiChengMaJiang.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BaiChengMaJiang.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BaiChengMaJiang.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BaiChengMaJiang.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BaiChengMaJiang.dll and press Enter.
