Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BalanceEmp.dll
2.Extract BalanceEmp.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BalanceEmp.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BalanceEmp.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BalanceEmp.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BalanceEmp.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BalanceEmp.dll and press Enter.
