Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BalancingAndAlignmentReport.cs.dll
2.Extract BalancingAndAlignmentReport.cs.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BalancingAndAlignmentReport.cs.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BalancingAndAlignmentReport.cs.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BalancingAndAlignmentReport.cs.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BalancingAndAlignmentReport.cs.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BalancingAndAlignmentReport.cs.dll and press Enter.
