Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BaseBlockControls.dll
2.Extract BaseBlockControls.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BaseBlockControls.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BaseBlockControls.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BaseBlockControls.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BaseBlockControls.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BaseBlockControls.dll and press Enter.
