Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BaseDataType.dll
2.Extract BaseDataType.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BaseDataType.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BaseDataType.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BaseDataType.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BaseDataType.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BaseDataType.dll and press Enter.
