Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BaseReportDll.dll
2.Extract BaseReportDll.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BaseReportDll.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BaseReportDll.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BaseReportDll.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BaseReportDll.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BaseReportDll.dll and press Enter.
