Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Bio1716.dll
2.Extract Bio1716.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Bio1716.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Bio1716.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Bio1716.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Bio1716.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Bio1716.dll and press Enter.
