Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BiopolymerPlugin.31.dll
2.Extract BiopolymerPlugin.31.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BiopolymerPlugin.31.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BiopolymerPlugin.31.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BiopolymerPlugin.31.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BiopolymerPlugin.31.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BiopolymerPlugin.31.dll and press Enter.
