Using the zip or rar file
1.Download bbpfxze.dll
2.Extract bbpfxze.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract bbpfxze.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting bbpfxze.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract bbpfxze.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place bbpfxze.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 bbpfxze.dll and press Enter.
