Using the zip or rar file
1.Download binkw32.A044.dll
2.Extract binkw32.A044.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract binkw32.A044.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting binkw32.A044.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract binkw32.A044.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
