Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CAST.dll
2.Extract CAST.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CAST.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CAST.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CAST.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CAST.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CAST.dll and press Enter.
