Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cfggln32.dll
2.Extract cfggln32.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cfggln32.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cfggln32.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cfggln32.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cfggln32.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cfggln32.dll and press Enter.
