Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CATToolsXMLParser.dll
2.Extract CATToolsXMLParser.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATToolsXMLParser.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATToolsXMLParser.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATToolsXMLParser.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CATToolsXMLParser.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CATToolsXMLParser.dll and press Enter.
