Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CnvMA5SMAF.DLL
2.Extract CnvMA5SMAF.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract CnvMA5SMAF.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CnvMA5SMAF.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CnvMA5SMAF.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CnvMA5SMAF.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CnvMA5SMAF.DLL and press Enter.
