Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CommDlgBlueU.dll
2.Extract CommDlgBlueU.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CommDlgBlueU.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CommDlgBlueU.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CommDlgBlueU.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CommDlgBlueU.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CommDlgBlueU.dll and press Enter.
