Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CNMURTR.DLL
2.Extract CNMURTR.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract CNMURTR.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CNMURTR.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CNMURTR.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CNMURTR.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CNMURTR.DLL and press Enter.
