Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CAT3DSNavRepExporter2.dll
2.Extract CAT3DSNavRepExporter2.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CAT3DSNavRepExporter2.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CAT3DSNavRepExporter2.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CAT3DSNavRepExporter2.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CAT3DSNavRepExporter2.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CAT3DSNavRepExporter2.dll and press Enter.
