Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CATCloUpdatePart.dll
2.Extract CATCloUpdatePart.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATCloUpdatePart.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATCloUpdatePart.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATCloUpdatePart.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CATCloUpdatePart.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CATCloUpdatePart.dll and press Enter.
