Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CTPreset.dll
2.Extract CTPreset.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CTPreset.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CTPreset.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CTPreset.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CTPreset.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CTPreset.dll and press Enter.
