Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dpvacm.dll
2.Extract dpvacm.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dpvacm.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dpvacm.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dpvacm.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dpvacm.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dpvacm.dll and press Enter.
