Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DBConverter.dll 6,0,0,48
2.Extract DBConverter.dll 6,0,0,48 from .zip. We recommend that you extract DBConverter.dll 6,0,0,48 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DBConverter.dll 6,0,0,48.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DBConverter.dll 6,0,0,48 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DBConverter.dll 6,0,0,48 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DBConverter.dll 6,0,0,48 and press Enter.
