Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DEC2TEXT.DLL 3.02.08.322
2.Extract DEC2TEXT.DLL 3.02.08.322 from .zip. We recommend that you extract DEC2TEXT.DLL 3.02.08.322 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DEC2TEXT.DLL 3.02.08.322.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DEC2TEXT.DLL 3.02.08.322 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DEC2TEXT.DLL 3.02.08.322 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DEC2TEXT.DLL 3.02.08.322 and press Enter.
