Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DataTracking.dll 3,0,8,201
2.Extract DataTracking.dll 3,0,8,201 from .zip. We recommend that you extract DataTracking.dll 3,0,8,201 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DataTracking.dll 3,0,8,201.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DataTracking.dll 3,0,8,201 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DataTracking.dll 3,0,8,201 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DataTracking.dll 3,0,8,201 and press Enter.
