Using the zip or rar file 1.Download dbsync.dll 11.00.1322
2.Extract dbsync.dll 11.00.1322 from .zip. We recommend that you extract dbsync.dll 11.00.1322 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dbsync.dll 11.00.1322.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dbsync.dll 11.00.1322 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dbsync.dll 11.00.1322 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dbsync.dll 11.00.1322 and press Enter.
