Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dccda32k.dll
2.Extract dccda32k.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract dccda32k.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dccda32k.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dccda32k.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dccda32k.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dccda32k.dll and press Enter.
