Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dcmcc10.dll 2.1
2.Extract dcmcc10.dll 2.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract dcmcc10.dll 2.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dcmcc10.dll 2.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dcmcc10.dll 2.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dcmcc10.dll 2.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dcmcc10.dll 2.1 and press Enter.
