Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dcmcc20.dll 2.1.0.0
2.Extract dcmcc20.dll 2.1.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract dcmcc20.dll 2.1.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dcmcc20.dll 2.1.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dcmcc20.dll 2.1.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dcmcc20.dll 2.1.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dcmcc20.dll 2.1.0.0 and press Enter.
