Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dec2gho.dll 2.16.0.46
2.Extract dec2gho.dll 2.16.0.46 from .zip. We recommend that you extract dec2gho.dll 2.16.0.46 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dec2gho.dll 2.16.0.46.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dec2gho.dll 2.16.0.46 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dec2gho.dll 2.16.0.46 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dec2gho.dll 2.16.0.46 and press Enter.
