Using the zip or rar file
1.Download defannrs.dll 1,2,12,0
2.Extract defannrs.dll 1,2,12,0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract defannrs.dll 1,2,12,0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting defannrs.dll 1,2,12,0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract defannrs.dll 1,2,12,0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place defannrs.dll 1,2,12,0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 defannrs.dll 1,2,12,0 and press Enter.
